Rental Agreement & House Rules

By booking this property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Occupancy & Guests

The maximum number of guests is limited to the property's stated capacity.

Pets

Pets fees apply for guests bringing pets. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations accepted up to 30 days prior to check-in for a full refund. No refunds within 30 days of check-in. Early departures are non-refundable.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and on the premises.

Security Deposit

A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 1 day before check-in. This hold will be released 5 business days after checkout, provided no damage or violations occurred. We reserve the right to capture funds for damages, cleaning, or rule violations.

Damages & Liability

The property owner is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness occurring on the premises.

ID Verification

A valid government-issued photo ID is required before receiving check-in instructions. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without refund.
