By booking this property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in after 3:00 PM. Check-out by 10:00 AM.

Pets

Pet fees apply for guests bringing pets. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by pets.

Quiet Hours & Events

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Parties, events and gatherings above the property's stated capacity are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints could result in immediate eviction without refund.

Cancellation Policy

No cancellation/refunds within 30 days of check-in will be given for any reason. Early departures are non-refundable.

No Smoking

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and on the premises. Violation may result in immediate eviction and additional cleaning fees.

Security Deposit

A $300 security deposit hold will be placed on your card 1 day before check-in. This hold will be released 5 business days after checkout, provided no damage or violations occurred. By booking, you authorize us to charge your card on file for any damages, fines, unpaid balances or rule violations resulting from your stay. If your card is declined, you agree to provide an alternate payment method.

Damages & Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold the Host harmless from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from your stay. The Host is not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness occurring on the premises, including proximity to natural creeks or use of amenities.

ID Verification

A valid government-issued photo ID is required before receiving check-in instructions. Failure to provide ID may result in cancellation without refund.
