This walk-up basement suite offers a cozy experience for up to 4 guests and pets, perfect for a family getaway or home base for a group of friends adventuring together.
The space
Once the 'Many Pines' tree nursery, the property became a home in the 1950s and has since been tastefully renovated. A full kitchen, large living space, fireplace, dining area, dedicated workspace and cabin style decor offer a welcoming environment. When you step out the door 2 acres of nature welcome you. There is a large patio where you can relax and spend time with your favorite people in the hot tub or by the fire. Staying here feels like stepping into a simpler past.
One of the best things about this property is its proximity to exploration and attractions. It's an excellent adventure basecamp from which you can head deeper into the mountains and visit Woodland Park or down into Colorado Springs within 10 minutes. Some of the highlights close by:

We fully stock the suite with coffee, dishes, utensils, dishes, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, towels and more. Wi-Fi is provided and the smart TV has a couple of premium streaming services logged in and others available. There is a dedicated workspace and a stack of board games.
We don't ask our guests to complete any chores upon checkout so you can make the most of your day.
The living room has an indoor fireplace and plenty of space to cuddle up and read a good book, eat dinner, play games or watch a movie.
Guest access
Booked guests and pets enjoy private access to the suite. The outdoor hot tub/patio is shared with 1 other unit. You are welcome to take advantage of hot tub, yard and patio seating area and wade in the stream
Important notes
The basement suite is a private entrance/space there is no internal connection between this space and the house. The ceiling height matches 1950s build standards and not ideal for individuals significantly over 6ft tall
